Cadaques

Peaceful Barcelona
The Carretera de les Aigues is the right spot to enjoy the views of Barcelona without having to see the crowds. To get there from the town center, take the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya to Peu del Funicular Station. From here, take the funicular and get off at the Carretera de les Aigues. Turn left after passing the station entrance, the leafy scenic views will greet you. The Tibidabo funicular will be your last track. You can either stop for a while at the Mirablau café for a cup of coffee and a slice of heaven or simply get back to the town.
Gaudi legacy
It is true that Antoni Gaudi’s most remarkable masterpiece is the Sagrada Familia. But there are other Gaudi’s magnificent legacy like the Casa Mila and Park Guell. Casa Mila, or La Pedrera, was built by Antoni Gaudi during the years 1905-1910. UNESCO declared the architecture to be a World Heritage site in 1084. Meanwhile, the Park Guell offers picturesque Barcelona views with a number of fascinating sculptures and structures masterminded by Gaudi.
Wine tasting
It is Priorat that produces the most gripping red wine in Spain. This wine region located in Catalonia has turned to be something of a cult wine producer with bless in a form of the llicorella soil that is very contributive to the quality of the wine.
